On October 18, 2023, more than 100 people convened for the 68^th Annual meeting of MARC Community Resources.  The central theme, “Daring to Dream, Believe, and Achieve” marked a celebration of numerous accomplishments throughout the year, notably the launch of Project SEARCH.

On September 6, 2022, seven eager Project SEARCH interns embarked on their journey toward independence at Middlesex Health, the host for MARC’s Project SEARCH initiative.  They arrived for the first day at the hospital brimming of anticipation, nerves, and hope.  In June, all seven interns became the first class of graduates from the program.  Their personal growth was extraordinary, and they had developed the skills necessary to be able to apply for competitive employment at the hospital. 

The interns embodied our theme – they dared to Dream, Believe, and Achieve!  Each of them underwent a successful interview for positions within the hospital and now holds employment contracts with Middlesex Health.
